The Sky Blues manager responded to a question regarding a possible loan transfer for Fabio Tavares to Reading, which had been discussed and was a possibility last week, by saying, “That’s not my remit now.” A supporter declared, “This scares me,” while another saw it as an unwanted “power shift” away from the boss. Although I am aware that Doug King and Dean Austin have the last say over moves, I sincerely hope that Robins has a significant voice in what the team needs; if not, he will be undercut.
