Making a living in the business has always looked like a reach for a firm founded on a consumer product that derived the majority of its revenue from advertisements. The fact that it lasted this long is maybe the biggest surprise. Nine years after its introduction, Meta ended the enterprise experiment on Tuesday by discontinuing the enterprise product. It’s important to note that there was initial doubt about Facebook’s ability to carry this off. The world of business is not the same as that of consumers. It requires a collection of specially designed backend tools and values security and privacy.
