Both teams had four hits and Arkansas drew 10 walks. The Razorbacks stranded 14 and South Carolina stranded 10.

Arkansas loaded the bases without a hit in the eighth and ninth innings but stranded three each time. Jayson Jones flied out to end the eighth, and pinch hitter Ryder Helfrick grounded out in the ninth.

The Razorbacks were 1 for 19 with runners on base and 1 for 13 with runners in scoring position. The Gamecocks were 1 for 12 and 1 for 9 in those categories, respectively.
