Ahead of the game, Arteta praised Villa’s progress since the arrival of his predecessor, saying: “What they’ve done since Unai came in [is very great]. He’s had a significant impact in terms of performance. They’ve continually done incredible things. They’re in a European competition and played yesterday night. “I am very impressed with what they have done.”
