April 9, 2024, Suva – The Fiji Rugby Football Union Trust Board (FRFUTB) is happy to announce a major sponsorship agreement with Rooster Chicken, as they proudly support the Fijian Warriors side competing in this week’s World Rugby Pacific Challenge, which is being held in Samoa.
The World Rugby Pacific Challenge, which is contested by national “A” teams composed of players from the region, gives up-and-coming Pacific players the chance to show off their skills and possibly secure professional contracts through the Pacific Combine program, a high-performance development scheme that develops players all the way to the test level.
Developing local talent to achieve the criteria needed for national duties leading up to the next Rugby World Cup is a shared goal between Fiji Rugby and Rooster Chicken through this relationship.
